Cts is compression of the median nerve by the bilateral tendons in your wrist and arm.surgery usually is a temporary fix.it does return in most people.anti-flammatories can work like naproxen or ibuprofen.some natural herbs which do the same are turmeric or boswellia.ginkgo is also a herb used it is a tree leaf.i have never had cts so i honestly cant say it works.i do have neropathy and would suggest the corydalis if unable to get hydrocodone which is a combo drug.if u cant take ibuprofen better check on it
