Sunburn Spell (with Demeter as a deity)

1. Get some lotion (a good moisturizer works well two). 2. Put it on all the sunburned areas. 3. Then put the lotion (or moisturizer) on your third eye (middle of forehead) and rub in a circle as you say (or think): 4. "Demeter, bring my burns moisture as you would to a plant that needs water." 5. Rub it in good and relax by doing whatever it is that relaxes you. Doesn't matter how long as long as you relax a little.
