Merry Meet This is for them stressed out times that everyone has...when you gotta do something because you feel negitivity taking over. No matter where you are you can go to a restroom so make an excuse and go. Now center yourself and look in the mirror and out loud works best but you can say it to yourself Chant My God/Goddess is in me He/She will take away this negativity My God/Goddess inside of me Please take away this negativity As I am you and you are me banish this negativity Repeat the chant at least 3 times and wash your hands with only water picture the negativity leaving your body and going down the drain Thank your God/Goddess {very important} And return to the situation or continue with your day Merry Part
