Say, starting with your right,: -Right is my hand used to recieve; the vibrations of man and your blessings from everything grand.- (repeat twice times) Hand to Hand (switch hands) -Left is my hand used to send my blessings to man and force the world to bend to the only ones grand.- (repeat twice times) Hand to Hand (Combine hands) -Each hand is important to form a circle bound together equal and different. I am grounded. I am centred. (rest folded hands on your chest) One mind One body One spirit With Faith and Love I complete the circle Joining you above.- (repeat twice times) (say once more all the way through no repeating) Blessed be |
