"To Help A Sickened Friend"

What you will need: -A cauldron of any size; -Pen and paper; -Matched/lighter; Write these words on the paper with the person you are healing's name below it. Roll it up and set it on fire, placing it in the cauldron. As the paper is burning feel the energy of Fire and imagine the persons illness burning away as you chant three times: "Goddess hear my plea right now, Help my sickened friend some how. All of the elements unite, To help me on this very night. With harm to none, including me, And all the powers three times three, I cast this spell, so mote it be." Feed your energy into the flames to be sent to the ill person. When the ashes have cooled and the fire has died, release the ashes into the wind and envision that person's sickness fading away with it.
