Banish Someone’s Influence from Your Life

Use the name of the person giving you problems. You then write the person’s name in big letters on a large piece of paper. In a bowl (mortar and pestle works will for this) mix salt, black pepper, and red pepper together. Take glue and trace the letters on the paper. Now sprinkle the banishing mixture on the glue traced letters. While the glue dries repeat the following chant (or something similar): "Goddess made thee man/woman and dog, nose to the ground and let me be run-not walk-away from me." After the glue has dried burn the paper and place the ashes by the person who is bothering you.
