a meditation of mine

ok this is for those who dont really have time to meditate during the day.. its really simple and helps keep you cheerful

start off by crossing your legs adn finding your happy place. now think of all the days troubles(bear with me). imagine them going into a great big ball. now imagine yourself pushing the ball away from you and off of a cliff or building. now say"i realease you negative energy" open your eyes and you should feel better. it works for me
