you will need: 1 fresh sage leaf, a sprig of fresh roesmary, 1\4 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of kosher salt, a small glass vial of any color you chose. take your water and mix in the salt. this give the potion a strong conection with the power of earth. once dissolved, drop in your sage leaf and take the rosemary needles odd the twing, dropping them in as well. mix gently. now wait untill night an leave it outside to absorb the moons energy for atleast two nights, or untill you can feel the energy flowing from it. after it's set, pour it ito the vial and have the person who is sick smash the vial on the ground and shater it outside. this connects the potions energys with th person, because it will aborb that persons energy and make it stronger. DO NOT DRINK THE POTION! you'll probably get sicker. once thepotionis broken it willbe reabsorbed by the earth, completing the cycle. when they wake up the next day, they should feel fine. also canbe used before a surgery to protect them from harm during and quck recovery after...
