You Will Need:
-incense
-as many white candles as you want(the more the more effective)
-optional-Calming music(for example Enya)
Sit down in a comfortable position and light the candles and incense. Place them around you. If you have music turn it on.
Close your eyes and clear your mind of negative thoughts and energy. Let thoughts of being free like a bird flow through you mind or as if you are a leaf floating down a calm stream. Put yourself in the position of what you are imagining. Become the object. Fell the magick and good energy flowing through your body.
Often the energy feels like a tingling sensation flowing throung your entire body. If you are just a begginer in this process it may feel unusual and you may only be able to stand it for a few seconds. Don't let that discurage you though the more you practice the longer you will be able to withstand the magick energy longer. Soon you may even be able to channel the energy and use it to advance in your magick practices.
