ok. i always bow to the goddess when going a spell. i cant afford an alter but i make do. so i bow, show my respect for her and i said something like this: "My Lady, Goddess of all, grant me patience, courage and strength for teh following days, may your strength fill me, let me face my fears and difficulties with courage, and give me strength for the rest of my days. by the power of Three, so moot it be"
