| Form your hands one over the other palms facing each other in a circle like your holding a ball almost. Once that is done focus your ki or energy from just below your naval into your arms and out your hand. Imagine a ball of energy being formed in your hand and if you pay attention soon you will feel heat and see what looks like waves of head radiating from inside your hands. Once down throw the ball away or make the energy come back to you with your will and you just performed a Ki ball. | |
