if you have a phobia of certain animals like i do with bats then with any animal this is the chant wings of the night that fly by my head listen to me if you hear my pledge take flight take flight oh creature of the night (repeat this part as many times as needed according how comfortable you are) let it be let it be no more creatures of the night i shall see. depending on how comfortable you are before the spell it is highly recommended you find your center. this works for me but im not sure whether or not it might work for others but it doesnt hurt to try
