| Items Needed: 1 fake red flower petal Black sharpie 1 pink candle Steps: 1. Light the pink candle 2. In the center of the flower petal write and chant while writing “Bring me self love” 3. Draw the symbols for the four elements in the following order (around the statement that you just wrote): (earth) above statement, (fire) left of statement, (air) under statement, and (water) right of statement 4. Burn the flower petal while chanting “Bring me self love” 5. When the flower petal is completely burnt stop chanting 6. Take ashes and blow into the air 7. Repeat 3 straight days |
