.quiet dark space .calming lavender oil .white or blue candle .incense if you wish .rub oil on candle, centre up, then centre down .breathe deep and slowly .after reciting spell, quietly sit and take pleasure in the peace and quiet Stillness night shadow, silence and peace Banish the hurry, let time cease Cloak in me thy silence, calming my soul Mending the pieces, leaving me whole Let cares drop away like autumn leaf's flurry Blow away all trouble, wash away worry Leave peace like a blanket, snugly and warm Safe from all fear, safe from all harm Quiet of night, in darkness I find A peace of the soul to quiet my mind Let me relax and find my own center As into the silence I happily enter. (one of my most favourite when things are rushed and stress if high. If memory serves me right, this spell was originally written by Deborah Blake, but I think I may have made a few simply changes, but not at all sure. LOL) i hope you all enjoy as I have. Blessed Be!
